Please read below before you plan to return the carpet:
Some carpets may vary up to +/- 3 inches (8 cm) in stated dimensions on our website, due to shrinkage and other production related limitations. This is not a defect and perfectly normal characteristic.
- Some carpets might exhibit some degree of shedding. This is normal for all carpets and not a manufacturer's defect. The amount of shedding will decrease over time and eventually stop. Regular vacuuming can help in this regard.
- We try our best to present the images of carpets on our website as close as possible to actual product, but due to variance in screens qualities, resolutions and color calibration, colors can look a different on screen. Please use the images as a reference. Exchanges for discrepancy in color will not be treated as wrong or damaged item, and return shipment will have to be borne by the buyer.
Change of mind:
We offer a hassle-free and NO QUESTIONS ASKED return policy for our rugs and carpets. If you are not satisfied with your carpet or rug for any reason or even if you just have changed your mind, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will fully refund your paid amount within 7 days of us receiving the carpet. Return shipping is at buyer’s cost. Items returned must be in “as-new” condition. You must not use, damage or wash any of the carpet. We will not be able to accept carpets which are dirty or damaged. You can of course lay out the carpet to test if it suits your room. Please make sure the carpet is rewrapped in the original packaging or multiple layers of plastic sheets and is completely sealed. Carpets getting damaged during return will NOT be eligible for a refund.
Wrong or damaged item delivered:
If you receive wrong or damaged carpet, you are requested to inform us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the pickup and return of such item at no cost to you. Please make sure that the item is in same condition with tags and packaging as received, to be returned. We will refund your amount within 7 days of us receiving the damaged item back.
